Black Restaurant Week is in full swing from March 31 - April 14 and several restaurants in north Houston are participating.

In the 9th Annual Black Restaurant Week, Black-owned restaurants across the Houston area will showcase dishes inspired by African American, African, and Caribbean cuisine.

From sweet shops to lounges, here’s 5 restaurants in Cypress, Spring and Humble that will be participating in Black Restaurant Week.

Kilwins Cypress

Kilwins Cypress is a new shop located at the The Boardwalk at Towne Lake that offers several different flavors of chocolate and a various of sweets such as caramel apples, caramel corn, ice cream and fudge. According to Kilwins Cypress, these chocolates and fudge options are handcrafted.

Always love hanging out at The Boardwalk. You can dine al fresco, enjoy a great glass of wine, listen to free concerts, and let the kids run around. Win, Win, Win, Win!
